Welcome
Welcome to the Troop 349 Scouting Family! The Scouting family is essential to the success of the Scouting movement. Scouts and parents combine to make a dynamic and successful experience. Serving youth in Mountville for over 25 years, Troop 349 recently joined up with Mountville Community Services Foundation to continue to promote scouting!
Troop 349 is a part of Susquehanna District of the Pennsylvania Dutch Council, in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Our mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Troop 349 encompasses Troop 349B (Boys) and Troop 349G ( Girls) and Crew 349.
Meetings are held on Monday evenings in the Fellowship Hall at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 100 West Main Street, Mountville, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Scouts should be prompt and prepared for each meeting. If you are interested in joining us for a meeting, please reach out so that we can share locations and times.
We run an active, year-round program, with membership for youth from ages 10-17. New members are welcome at any time. For more information about Troop 349, please email us at scoutmaster@three49.us
